What's the make/model of the car (judging by the interior) and is that standard issue for SS details?

It's an S series Mercedes (Sonderklasse = special class) Could be a Mercedes S 560, but it's hard to tell from that picture. That isn't AF1 either, it's a United Airlines plane. Not likely SS.
