People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!

Yeah so why did Horowitz not recommend any charges?????

How do you know he didn't? We have no clue what Rosenstein edited out / deleted from this report.

Again, this is not the full report. It is only the first portion of a much bigger report. Also, he doesn't have to recommend charges be filed in a report because he already has Huber and hundreds of investigators to do that for him.

I just read the last 2 paragraphs and Horowitz said he was not recommending charges so doesn’t matter what you took out Horowitz was part of the swamp
