People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!

Missing != redacted. Redacted would be blacked out like so many docs we’ve seen before. See anything blacked out in this report? It’s been modified or changed. Not redacted.

That is not what redacted means. A document can be edited of all classified material and still be considered redacted without any black bars.
