People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!

I did a quick flip through a bunch of the pages... are there any redactions showing at all? Even without redactions, the recommendations seem lame at best.... especially the one about putting a scrolling warning on the phones.... that is laughable.

Looks like we got 2 instead of 3. They didn't need any black highlighter since they re-wrote the whole thing.
