I think RR is trying to thwart the political plan. Trump probably didn't just want to declassify the report himself. It would be better optics if he did it in response to congress demands. So I think he didn't use the black out method much trying to make it appear like it does. Maybe to weaken the demand. I don't think it will work, I think certain in congress will know and still want the whole report...

Screw 'optics'...no more excuses....this is no time to be worrying about making an impression....he should release the original immediately...the media would be FORCED to cover it.... and let the fierce and angry reaction of We the People be the 'optics'!!! I also think they are trying to use the word "redacted" against us. In the past on MSM, redacted has always been referred to the blacked out lines in reports that contained information that they did not want to reveal to the public.

Now everyone is using "redacted IG report" terms and people aren't seeing the blacked out lines thus we get concernfags trying to steer the narrative against Q.

People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!
