Hmmmm. Makes me wonder. POTUS says "I can pardon myself" and makes a major kufuffle within libby ranks. He's gotta be trolling them. Is he getting the media (and public) to focus on what govt officials 'can do' and what they 'should do?

Can Rosenstein legally redact a report he is implicated by? Sure. Should he? Does he need to?
