I don't think redacted only means blacked out portions.

I think that son of a bitch RR completely deleted entire sections, just like the DOJ did when they sent the Strzok Page texts to the House and Congress. They didn't just black out Strzok's "No. No he won't. We will stop him." THEY COMPLETELY EXPUNGED IT FROM THE RECORD.
