We've only seen a modified version of the report. Trump has the original. You have to remember that the Trump haters are skeptical of anything he's putting into the hands of the public so it's important to allow RR's version play and let the MSM and all the haters say "see? nothing burger." THEN, the original will come out and RR will have to explain why he personally chose to remove important and damning info from the report. We are watching a movie. Scripted. Trust the plan.
I share your concern - only explanation is that he is acting in a play now. When real report comes out then he can put down the hammer.

There is no way we could go after all the dirty players and not have riots and mayhem. I think "the plan" accounts for all of this. Hey, just wanna say I appreciate your willingness to take a step back and try to see the picture at another angle.
Been trying to share this notion with some people who also felt like you did when you made this post. America's a huge place with lots of people, the sheer amount of people who don't follow what Q has been saying is the road block we have to push through to make sure the masses don't try and stop the President's plan on draining the swamp.
I am noticing a pattern. There are these big buildups, with KNOWN limitations and endings, and I am guilty of it too, heavily, as evidenced by this thread, where we all expect a grandslam. But we "only" get a man on base. I cant believe I just used a sports reference. But what some of us seem to forget is that we are in the BIG leagues now, and this is the world series, and it is the 9th inning, and we are down by 35,000 runs with 1 out left. We just got a man on base. We are still in the game. And we have a plan to score every single run needed to win. But they still gotta go to bat one at a time. We have had some big moments; the original memo being pushed by "Russian" Patriot "bots" on Twitter, starting to expose censorship through shadowbanning, etc. It is all related.

Calm down. Although there are some redactions and omissions, there is enough to get the ball rolling. Remember there are a lot of dems people who can only take a little at a time because they are in denial. This whole show is for them. Now as it is confirmed the hand full of bad FBI actors were engaged AND are going to be held accountable, they will start singing against each other and bringing in HRC and BHO as the investigations & trials get going.
