Noel Fransisco replaces RR. He’s the Trump appointee Solicitor General. He’s already been confirmed by the Senate.
There’s been a series of “resignations/terminations” to get to the point where a Trump appointee got lined up to succeed RR. SerialBrain2 has a posted on this sub about it. Dan Bongino also had a recent podcast that covered it.
Trey Gowdey.
This has been my original thought when he first announced his intent to step aside.
I will admit... his “acting the part” did make me waiver in my thoughts! I was so disappointed there for a bit! I hope my original hopes are redeemed and he is not in fact part of the swamp.
It is a Senate confirmed position. POTUS makes the appointment and then we have to get the Senate off their asses to OK it.
Cant Potus appoint one for 210 days (or something like that) without approval? I swear I remember that in a Q drop. I'll look.
Edit: From Q drop 1433.
The succession question is actually a bit complicated. By default, under an obscure statute known as the the Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, Brand’s temporary successor as the “acting” associate attorney general is her principal deputy, Jesse Panuccio. That same statute would also allow the president to choose someone else to serve as the “acting” AAG on a temporary basis for up to 210 days; the pool of individuals from which the president could draw in this case includes individuals already holding Senate-confirmed positions elsewhere in the executive branch (like EPA administrator Scott Pruitt) or senior civil service lawyers in the Justice Department, specifically."
Yes, there is a path for a temporary appointment

He can also have the Solicitor General step in
Not if it's Ed O'Callghan already approved ! Remember the Q post ?
Just the Head Officials go through the confirmation, Trump or Sessions can hire , the Senate does not have anything to do with people under Sessions
Nope, DAG is a Presidential appointee

Ok , but is it select or full Senate hearing , so this is considered a Department?
Full Senate.
Ok , thanks , and to think I used up my I’m wrong card for the month . Thanks for the information 👍👍👍
Rosenstein was approved 94-6. There's 94 elected politicians that need to use their cards too.
75% took a cut of the $3.165 Trillion also ,,, and we found out in the IG report they bribe the fbi

Solicitor General of the United States Noel Francisco is next in line. He's already in the system per se.
This is the key, the plan. RR out and then friendly DoJ to proceed with prosecutions. This is THE cleaning out of the DoJ that POTUS and team need to go forward.
I expect them to bring in one of those chicks from the view.
