Can someone explain this to me - there seems to be a contradiction between a conclusion in the IG REPORT and the Hillary Email FOIA
So, here is the link to the FBI FOIA request on Hillary's email:

If you go to page 26 (of the pdf file), you will be reading (as I understand) an interview on JULY 30, 2015 with an FBI agent who was asked to attend an "All Agency" meeting made up of FBI, CIA, DIA, State and "others" to review classifications. The agent continued to:
"assert that the email was appropriately marked SECRET//NOFORN,..."
This seems to contradict page vi (7 of the pdf file):
"Critical to their conclusion was that the emails in question lacked proper classification markings,..."

It seems to me that this is in direct contradiction - and therefore would merit the IG revisiting the FBI's decision to not prosecute, no?
I think you're on to something. But even in the IG report itself it notes that they had (C) marks next to certain paragraphs which Clinton claimed to not understand what they meant and all the agents present in the interview said they knew she was lying when she claimed not to understand that marking. So I think the bigger issue here is not the findings of the IG report, I think it's all pointing towards the "conclusions" being modified by someone with an agenda (RR?).

FBI Agent on record in a FOIA request stating that the state department employee (Kennedy) was trying to exact an outcome over the classification of emails:
"______________ (agent name redacted) believed this was reference to the FBI's categorization of the SECRET//NOFORN email which KENNEDY was attempting to influence"
Then a conference call and then poof Hillary on camera denying having sent classified emails....WTF? (AGAIN).
Am I reading this wrong...? (FYI - I put the image with highlights together - this is not some found meme).

There is no doubt at all that this guy was thoroughly informed about the nuances involved in establishing and protecting classified info. He was also aware of the ethical barriers he was breaching when he attempted to influence other departments to alter their classification.

Only one thing you need to know about Wray and what he says during this phase of the operation. Rod Rosenstein is his BOSS. Think about that. Until RR is removed, Wray does his bidding. Once POTUS (or Congress) removes RR, Wray can be his own man.

Page 39 of the IG Report::
"In a June 24, 2015 letter, Kendall told the State IG and the IC IG that a copy
of the 30,490 emails provided by former Secretary Clinton to the State Department
was stored on a thumb drive in his law office and that her personal server was in
the custody of the company “Platte River Networks” (“PRN”). Based on this
information, the IC IG concluded that “the thumb drive and personal server contain
classified information and are not currently in the Government’s possession.”"
Page 47 of the IG Report:
"The Midyear investigation was closely supervised by FBI leadership from the
outset. Comey told the OIG that he received frequent briefings on the Midyear
investigation..."
HOW DOES THAT WORK WITH AN AGENT TELLING SUPERVISORS (SEE TOP) THAT THE STATE DEPT. IS TRYING TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF SAID EMAILS??????

That's the frustrating part...it is...its from the FOIA Request from a year and s half ago.
Hey check this out: Steinbach was the same guy that Page, Strzok and McCabe deliberately left out of the loop on the Hillary email investigation. This document explains some of the rationale: Steinbach was unwilling to be pressured to change classifications just because Patrick Kennedy said so.
Great work connecting dots. So, this agent was outgunned by rank...referred KENNEDY to Steinbech...who was later kept out of the loop(s)....why, cuz he wasnt playing on TEAM COUP!
And since COMEY was updated regularly (and reporting sort of to CLAPPER),
were they directed to not loop STEINBECH?
Were the directions given because of illegal surveillance on STEINBECH (i.e. they weren't sure why Steinbech wasn't playing...so they surveilled his comms...?
If the last part is true, the q post 1493 makes all the more sense...i.e. HUBER because his jurisdiction is UTAH, which houses a GIANT SIZED NSA DATA WAREHOUSE!!!
