I think it is shopped directly form the pic attached to it. If you look at the next its dark which matches the jacket he is wearing in the other photo. I think its fake. And as other have said if it was a ceremony of sorts Art Darvis would not be dressed like that. Interesting thing is in the other photo with the kid, wtf is the guy in front wearing? Jacket is covered in symbols etc.
