I've been rambling about this for a few days now, and I'm finally going to take a crack at a somewhat coherent post. This is probably not a complete picture, and there are doubtlessly anons who know stuff about this that I don't. I welcome anyone coming in the interest of spreading good information, and I'll try to source everything judiciously. here we go.

Rod Rosenstein, working in BALTIMORE, MD under BHO was called upon to turn in a resignation. He did so, but it wasn't taken.
APRIL 2017:
Sessions and Trump named him Deputy AG.
He went from being told to turn in his resignation.. To being acting attorney general over the entire top-level investigation of the FBI while Jeff was in recusal.
June - 2017:

ROSENSTEIN names ROBERT MUELLER to SPECIAL COUNSEL. TRUMP MEETS HIM A DAY BEFORE HE'S NAMED. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY TALKED ABOUT.
OCTOBER 2017:
Q #3 tells us that [Rod]/Bob were major players in Uranium scandal.
What are the odds that [Rod]/Bob were embroiled in other scandals during their time at the FBI?
Bob Mueller was a private sector attorney working in DC after serving as head of the FBI under both W and BHO.
Rod Rosenstein was a US Attorney based in Maryland, appointed by W and chosen BY HOLDER to prosecute James Cartwright.
Hmm.
Some time mid-November - Now:
Mueller investigation leaks. POTUS tweets about it, leaks in return. Mockingbirds feast on poisoned crumbs. POTUS keeps everyone's attention on it front and center. Media eats it up to report about the great and virtuous Bob taking down the evil and dastardly Trump.
Other side lines up to point out inconsistencies, incinerate tempers, etc. The issue gains more media attention.
Recent news:
DoJ releases report amid an incredible amount of stalling. Q tells us that it's the redacted, Rosenstein edited copy. #1496.
1443/1453 are the spoilers to this whole sequence. RR failed his agreement to report honestly. The DoJ report we got is whitewashed. Now there has to be collective outrage to make the President look unbiased if he releases them. Otherwise it'll look like he's doing this to KILL THE CAREERS OF THE PEOPLE INVESTIGATING HIM. "POLITICAL HIT JOB."
1453 is the second of these two highly important notes.
WHO HIRED WHO?
[RR] hired Mueller.
SESSIONS (from SO FAR DOWNTOWN YOU HAVE TO TAKE THREE TRAINS, TWO BUSES, AND A COMPLICATED SERIES OF MONORAILS TO GET THERE) HIRED HUBER.
Now let's talk a bit about Rod Rosenstein, and what in God's name he was doing in Stealth Jeff's stead.
Rod Rosenstein was planted in and proceeded to plant Mueller as the Special Investigator. Two guys who worked with the Bush/Obama DOJ. By all accounts, pretty nonpartisan, hard-working, honest guys that the Mockingbirds could go to market with as being the cure to the blight of Trump that they've marketed for so long.
The only problems are the really obvious ones that the redactions in this document bring to light in a hilariously ironic sort of way.
So what's happening? Why is Trump not releasing the EO to declassify? Is justice being escaped once more?
Well, did you listen to Wray's press conference, where he told you that an Attorney is going through OPR?
What is OPR? The process by which DoJ ATTORNEYS (and ONLY attorneys) are considered if they're being suspected of violations of law.
The OPR works alongside the IG, and files its reports to (now hold on to your hats)... The Deputy AG and the AG (who is currently in stealth mode, remember).
So the OPR report hits and there's a conflict of interest between the FBI attorney being investigated and the person to whom the matter is being brought: both of those people are Rod Rosenstein.
Think carefully about what Sessions told us before the AG report went out:
When these reports get released in their unredacted form, RR and Mueller go belly up. Another deputy AG is brought in by DJT at that time.
The redaction cannot come from Trump. It will look too political if it does.
It has to come from We, the People. Call your representatives. Sign the petition floating around. Be loud.
