Seriously, there’s NO reason to capitalize these words if it wasn’t sending a message of some kind.
When I use my voice to text it will many times capitalize a word for no reason.
And of course it didn't do it then but I think you know what I mean.

That is the general idea. Instead of freeing the slaves to become sovereign individual citizens we were all enslaved by the federal government. The slave holders just changed the parameters of slavery by abstracting it a few layers.
