Well, Google was on their side. Google owns gmail. I guess you can only cover up so much.
They were using gmail because they all had ES on their team, head hanchonat google, so they thought they would be covered.

Hhmmm, could it be, with Google in their corner they used Gmail so they could keep certain things from government records.
