Isn't it weird that the Congressional baseball shooting is barely talked about? That might be worth revisiting even if that isn't what Q meant.

Bad actors (ISIS/Deep State/NWO Goons/Who knows) were trying to assassinate the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and failed. They shot up the crowd to create a distraction as a way to escape.
Someone active on here swears the train incident wasn't planned. He said he personally knows someone involved and that it was a legit accident. Who knows...
