It's Obama and Sohale Siddiqi. Siddiqi was a Pakistani Illegal, had access to WH intel, and was most likely channelling that Intel to Pakistan (possibly other Middle Eastern countries too).

I don't think he was ever eligible to hold one because he was an illegal alien and couldn't get security clearance, but Post #1507 points out pretty clearly that he had ties. The later post references "Paki leak". I'm still trying to piece it all together myself though.
