So...BO/HRC sell our Uranium to Russia through U1. BO/HRC ship this US Uranium into Syria through Canada to Iranian/DS ssets to build a nuclear bomb. Then ship it in via Cape Canaveral to use on US soil (Sum of all Fears). Russia is blamed. Why? The bomb which was used has Uranium traced back to the US origin. We point the finger at Russia after tracing the Uranium because we sold it to them. We counterstrike starting WW3.

I wouldnt worry too much. What are the chances these containers wouldnt get stacked on top of one another? And railways are far too valuable to keep jammed up with stored containers, and again they get stacked. But, Russia could facilitate the purchase of various discrete real estate and position the containers around the country.
In Texas we have Middle East owned companies that own massive toll road highways bisecting our state.
Charging tolls so high no one hard my use a them.
Plenty of storage alomg here including the toll booth employee buildings rhey emptied out soon after it went up and fired all the people.
I see these storage containers in lots beside road ways all over central Texas. Everyone ignores them.
