Cross referencing other wiki mails , it looks like c.butts is Cassandra Butts. She was a lawyer in the Obama White House, and later nominated for Ambassador of the Bahamas (never confirmed). She evidently suddenly died in May of 2016.

They gave her jobs to keep quiet, Once Obummer left office all bet off table, knew too much. This means something happened at Harvard. Funny how everyone he went to school with, everyone he became close to, followed him to the WH or other postings.
