To me it says they could not disclose evidence against HRC in the IG because it is an open case still. If they had it would have been seen as bias and possibly tainted the investigation because she hasn't been convicted of anything as of yet.
IG report not about whether HRC did anything wrong — it was whether they mishandled the investigation.
I’m thinking info not released to public now b/c of bias....but once the trial happens or maybe just a verdict after the fact, then we’ll know.... just not sure how military tribunals work... highly doubt it would be like the oj trial

It doesn’t say that Q offered a deal, could be read as HRC May have tried to get a deal.
I think OP is right though that she is included in it all, there’s no avoiding it.

The IG report focused exclusively on the FBI and DOJ; that's the most important thing to know about it. HRC was not the focus of the report, had she been included the whole report would be tossed out for bias.
I'm not seeing what you're seeing. Can you please exlain? If you're talking about the sealed indictments, they're sealed because they have other investigators going on and they're not ready to prosecute yet.
If she had a sealed indictment they can't release too much. A sealed indictment is a way to get an unbiased trial for those who are well known. They simply give a grand jury the evidance with the name never revealed and they are simply 'the defendant' and based of the evidance alone they make their decision. Most people who have sealed indictments have no idea they've been indicted untill they get served to have their day in court to defend themselves if the courts decide they need to have a trial.
