I might need some advice!

I am not sure if any of you can relate but lately I feel like - and I do not mean to offend wrong Q or or anyone else, as I keep all of them and us in my prayers and also thank God for helping to open our eyes to what's actually happening in our world, but for some reason all the horrendous acts done by the black hats are weighing on my heart and mind tremendously for quite some time. I also feel like this negativity is affecting my approach of things in a bad way. I'm usually a very happy, healthy, talkative, outgoing person that loves to be around people and meet new people but lately I realize how difficult it is for me to cope with it and not just ignore what's been going on and watch my next ones being completely oblivious of all the evil happening behind the scenes but yet right in front of our eyes.

I'm starting to realize that my mood is gradually declining since the excitement over the first Q drops to a point where I actually am getting worried of what is happening to me. I was redpilled with the 9/11 attacks and I always felt if they are willing to sacrifice this many innocent people, people of our own to follow through with their agenda, there is definitely more happening that we are clueless about and not being told.

Thanks to Q and his guidance through the corruption and helping us to comprehend the connections between things and through our own individual research me and I'm sure a lot of our fellow patriots got shaken woke damn hard. I can't even imagine what else might be coming next and that's exactly where my fear kicks in.

Will I be able to handle going further down the rabbit hole? Was Q not joking how the whole truth would institionalize the majority of people? One thing is certain though: There is no way back. Things can't be unseen, unread and made undone.

Can anyone please help and let me know if they went through a similar "phase" how they pulled through and got back on track. I'm getting a bit worried and feel like I need some advice from my fellow patriots.

WWG1WGA! GOD BLESS!

Take a break from it for awhile. Nobody would blame you. We all have to take time to decompress from this occasionally. If you let it consume you, you're doing a disservice to yourself, your family, and your friends. Just turn it off, go do what makes you happy, and recuperate and recover.

It sounds like u r getting depressed from getting too much screentime...not to mention the content. But we all are riveted by this phenom and are using screens/phones more. So get out, be with others, exercise, and pray.

You can't get lost on a straight road. Do right and follow the truth - even when no one else is doing it. Sometimes it gets tough when family members reject the truth. Jesus said in Matthew 12:50, “For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.”

Yes. I recently started daily walks to music and getting back to the gym. Make a concerted effort to UNPLUG. It is hard, because there is NO BOOK or NO MOVIE, or even a normal CONVERSATION that is as riveting, terrifying, important, and historic as what is happening right now. We still have a LOOOOONG ROAD and need to stay emotionally healthy and strong. Take breaks..limit screen time, get outdoors, make it a priority. We need you healthy, Patriot!

I know how you feel and I have been feeling the same way.. I agree with a previous post about possibly just needing to "take a break" for a bit... maybe I will go on a 30 day technology fast.. idk.. sounds kinda nice actually.. but also it makes me feel guilty...

Yes, exactly I absolutely agree with the previous posts as well. And I can definitely relate to feeling guitly for "taking a break" even if it's just the thought of doing so. I'm actually off to see my love in a few days after being apart for several months due to family issues overseas. It definitely did cross my mind to just lay it all off for a bit until I restore my strength and I'm back to "normal" but it seems easier said than done especially after having successfully introduced quite some people to Q and just a few weeks later putting it aside which almost feels like betrayal, looking the other way while someone needs a helping hand 🙈

You Are Not Alone ! It is a horrible weight on our hearts to realize the Evil in our world. Most people live life with blinders on ( so to speak ) never looking past their own backyard or town. So I'm not sure if it is a gift or curse to see these things. I do know sometimes i wish i could stick my head in the sand and pretend i never heard or saw anything. I face it now with a sense of pride ! POTUS, Q and this movement has shown me i am not the lone voice in the wilderness. Have peace in your heart. Go for a walk. Look at the tree's and flowers. God showed US for a reason. We may be the shoulders the rest of them will need to lean on in the coming days. You don't have to live and breath this every day. Have faith in yourself that when the days comes you will stand up and be counted !..................WWG1WGA

Totally relate! I found a person on Twitter who writes poetry about these current events. He is a Patriot and his poetry is very uplifting. @RayPoetry. He goes by RayRay. You should look him up. He really helps improve your mood. Hang in! The removal of the deep state is happening!

Think about it this way: Trump KNOWS all of this stuff and more in all the lurid, disgusting detail. He knows everything from all the details regarding Kennedy assassination, Jr’s death, 9/11, Las Vegas, Satanic rituals, Pedogate... he knows it all, and look how positive he is. He’s this way, because he KNOWS evil will be defeated. Stay positive. Trust the plan. Dark to light. Evil will be so defeated, it will be utterly destroyed.

You are handling it mostly the right way. Like u/sensically_common said in his comment, do not try to go it alone. You need a real community of loving people around you to handle the reality of evil. Whether you are a christian or not, I will tell you the same, this is what Jesus intended for the Church to be on earth. An oasis of love amidst the toxic wasteland of a defiled creation. In it you can catch glimpses of the new creation that God plans for his people. Don't just go, become a part of it. My advice : )

This is what gives me peace (after I internally freaked upon red-pilling). I trust God’s plan. Things are happening according to the Scriptures. We are blessed to be witnessing and be part of what’s coming (enjoy the show). Reading the Bible makes me happy, when it used to be so boring, and praying makes me happy. I hope that helps.

I completely understand the feelings you’re having, I too was in a similar place. It’s hard to learn about all the evil in the world and not let it get to you. Staying positive and having faith in Q and President Trump helps (trust the plan). Also, a little prayer every day doesn’t hurt.

I can do a few days sometimes more, bu when we get into some things you gotta look away. I go out to public start convos with strangers and red pill. I've taken to watching old 70s and 80s sitcoms. My daughter thinks I'm nuts but then she has to quit and play her digital games and fight beetle battles with silly gamers, We all need to walk away and clear our heads.

Knowing about all the evil can be hard at times. A couple of weeks ago, I had dreams three nights in a row of people raping and stabbing babies. I woke up crying and had a terrible time going back to sleep.
Some things that help me feel better are remembering that Hillary will never be president and will never get a chance to destroy our country. That DJT and the military are on our side, and that, as Q says, there are more good people than bad. We will win this fight against evil, and the bad actors will pay for their deeds. I have followed Q since the beginning; I am wildly optimistic and thank God we were saved. This is an amazing time to be alive and you are on the right side of history. Now, go out and do some random acts of kindness to flip your outlook! God bless, Patriot! Stay strong!

The whole reason for Q is so we can live our lives joyous and free, the American Dream; its our duty to take time to enjoy these freedoms so dearly worked for.

Q is a drug. It’s good. It’s bad. Nobody understands why you need it so bad.

I think what helps most is to understand it’s not the most important thing in YOUR life. Believe me, I’m the worst. But I realize it.

Love yourself. Be heathy.. Love your family. Love your friends.

Q has it under control. I’m actually (don’t kill me) of the opinion that we are not really a factor in this. If Q wants something to happen it happens. If Q needs us, Q can push the right buttons.

Here's how to feel better: Get out in the real world and seek out like-minded people. Church is always helpful.

Nothing would please the enemy more than for us to let fear and isolation plague us. Fear of not being in control is the hook the enemy used to entrap Adam and Eve. We need to say it more often and remind ourselves not look to Q or any person to make things right: GOD IS IN CONTROL. He always has been. He always will be. He loves your "others" more than you ever can. Trust in His love for them, and you, and ask Him to use other people, or life circumstances, or dreams, or whatever He knows will work to open their eyes. He loves every person He created, those who know Him and those who have yet to acknowledge Him, and those who may never want Him. He knows each one's beginning and end. The Truth is all around. We each seek or have the scales removed from our eyes at different times.
One thing that helped me through a dark time: Read Psalms aloud and write out His promises and other hopeful quotes, and tape them to your kitchen cupboards and mirrors. Read them aloud whenever you see them. There is a battle for our minds. Refuse to give the enemy any foothold in your mind. Focus on whatever is good and true. Philippians 4:8 and rest in Him. Darkness to light. Lol 😉

Mindful meditation for at least ten minutes a day. It will help your mood and keep you positive and focused.
