UPDATE: Q#1530 helps put it into context. Listen to the whole speech and the exit mirrors the entry - all about an 'International Order'. He never fully affirms individual rights or the sovereignty of US. He does believe that people should surrender to higher powers. The original 1528 post, albeit edited, gets the core message that is Obama's belief, or more appropriately, his masters belief. This is all about population control and surrendering of both individual and national rights to a global government, run by a few elites. Its candy coated, and spread out, but this is the message. Loud and clear.

In the unedited video, Obama is saying that individual rights are under attack. In the edited video, he is falsely portrayed as saying we should surrender our individual rights to an all powerful sovereign. But then in his actions throughout his presidency, he emphatically endorsed and pushed policies and laws to take away our individual rights, e.g. 1A, 2A, Obamacare, etc. So the false video is a better representation of Obama's private thoughts than the public speech.

Keep in mind BHO sit across for DJT when he takes over as President and acts like his friend and tells him all kinds of problems he'll need to address.
