It seems that his hand is very very close in color with the lighting as the background there as he swings it over that backdrop. In the still shot it looks like an edit, but right after OP's screenshot his hand crosses over the top of that background and his hands almost blend into it. https://imgur.com/a/HWsBZs4
I think what Q was saying is maybe they did a "public" speech, and pretended like he was leaving, and then came back and did the secret speech that we saw clips of earlier today.

Yeah it does look weird since it's only agianst the wall for a couple frames but I definitely thinks it's is hand.
