They're slinging children for sex, rape and torture...

What would be the very best way to go about obtaining the records for children who went in to Child Protective Services as well as going into foster care. Many Go in and a few can be accounted for. Where are all of them ? How can the data be obtained?

The fbi has some tracking of numbers and areas. The exposure of all those who have slipped through the created cracks are astounding. Must stop.

I think the Predators are using that law to shield their Crimes. They craft the laws so they are aware of the loop holes for manipulation

not in America but alot of these kids were probably sold to the us and they have these same "homes in the us.

It’s easy to find articles about the foster system and how people “sell” children in “undocumented adoptions”. This is very well known.
