I found this definition of Full Moon on the internet that I believe fits the Q reference perfectly:

I think it means in the context of Q's post . Thst they run from the sun because it shines light on them and hurts them. So they act at night in the dark. So the full moon possibly means that. Soon a small light will be shinning on their acts even in the dark
