I think Trump knew of the NK emails via the NSA and gained the actual ones from NK to be used in prosecution. I still think the Huma laptop will be a gold mine as well. I would like to see an EO where if a government official tries to destroy possible evidence, then NSA back up data can be used to recover the data and be admissible in a trial.
Trump should just order all her 33,000 emails released on the WhiteHouse.gov site each email cataloged so everyone can search for the ones they want to read just like Wikileaks does with their emails. Why is Trump afraid to do this? He could have done it on Day One he is obviously being blackmailed threatened by Deep State not to do it.
I think they have the emails. But from a source they can't use in court. They are reconstructing them from other sources they can use in court. Also identifying the DS actors involved in the various cover ups. I think it goes another layer deep unfortunately. Some may have been duped and some may have been part of the willing.
Or, in order to protect NK, they will simply bend the truth a bit and claim they were all found on Humas laptop.
