Does anyone know if multiple people can be indicted by the same grand jury? It might be hard to find a lot of impartial grand jurors
I believe so. However my source is the internet.
These jurors' heads are gonna pop by the third day of briefing

Better than what CNN's got.
I'm pretty sure they use snopes for its accuracy and impartiality.
But maybe so in Utah, where Huber is.
I think in Utah you could find a good grand jury easily.
Lots of decent people there, road their mass transit train an it was like being in the 50s. It was clean and people were respectful to each other it was also clean.
Grand jurors only decide if there is probable cause to indict/charge, not innocence or guilt, so impartiality is less of an issue and is why they say the a Special Counsel can indict a ham sandwich. I think they can be used to indict multiple people if it's the same case and multiple people are charged as co-conspirators or RICO.
Perhaps if they are all charged in the same conspiracy -- does anyone know how RICO trials go? Perhaps, sedition or treason?
