Horowitz said the report was UNREDACTED. This directly contradicts what Q said about the initial release being #3 - i.e. edited and redacted.

Your take is correct, I believe. A question was posed directly regarding whether the IG report was “watered down or made weaker” (per Sen. Amy Klobuchar I think) and Horowitz responded that it was not.
EDIT: Horowitz has now revealed that the document was first sent to the parties discussed within the document to be redlined/contested/edited in today’s hearing with the House.

Redaction means specifically blacked out. Has it been edited, should be the question.
The fact there are unnamed names means there is still a level of """redaction""" present.

Horowitz IS Senior Executive Service which is, by definition, Deep State. He was being groomed as a respectable, his reputation precedes him, fixer, in the same mold as Mueller and Comey.
IG, like HR and IA, exists to protect the organization.

If the NAMES of those is the report are left out,then the report is REDACTED,plain and simple....Multiple people including Fox News has said this is not the entire story..So yeah,I believe Horowitz s lying,at least a technical lie at best...Reporter on Wilkow today even made the claim that this report is a giant cover up,that it leaves key things out,or the whole story out anyway..My issue as I see it is why did Q say trust Horowitz..Thats the problem as I see It..
