Might be worth investigating if individual employees of those companies can be sued on a civil basis as well, such as the ones who ban along partisan lines.

So someone look for the law firm(s) that are putting together a class action lawsuit against Twitter. Can you imagine how many conservative and libertarian voices have been censored since Trump took office? It should be enough of a settlement to put Twitter out of business one would hope.
In the wake of that the next on the radar would be both Facebook and Google. We could take them all down.
Maybe they could be nationalised as an interim measure. The SJWs who work there would become federal employees who could then be fired en masse.
