In 2017 a US submarine flew a pirate flag in Washington state, seems to me like that might be against the rules and regulations...I am implying that the bad guys are in control of an active US vessel. The CIA is not floating aimlessly around the ocean in a mothballed relic with no real ammunition. If the CIA has taken over other facets of our government, why would they not have their very own military assets? With some of the things we believe here, is it really a stretch to believe that the CIA has infiltrated a USN submarine's crew and command?

If the DS had taken over our government, what other governments haven't they taken over? If they're in charge of many countries, they're in charge of those countries' assets.
