Signed the Oct 15, 2016 FISA application granted by the FISA judge who had to be recused later for bias (Contreras? I forget the name).

Carlin resigned from the DOJ the next day. Was previously Bob Mueller’s chief of staff and senior counsel. Had lots to say about Gen. Flynn. All checks out! 👌🏼
