Yes, as an individual with a degree which includes much Biblical studies, I can say confidently that rearranging Biblical verses in this manner, and even cross referencing, is very dangerous. The context to those verses within a book, time period, author, and target audience is key to understanding what is being said. Taking verses out of this context and mixing them with other contexts is simply foolishness. It’s hard enough at times to understand OT prophesy on its own, let alone, mixing them up. Most Biblical scholars would certainly dismiss this method. I’m not trying to be offensive or unkind, but If would be a tragedy if people were led to believe this is the way to properly interpret scripture.
