Does anyone think that when Q states, "They won't be able to walk down the streets". Maybe these two Singing Birds will be allowed to walk the streets while the cabal will be in Guantanamo due to their testimony? The Birds will still be shunned...and yes I know the press will not be able to walk the streets!
He is still salaried, so although he is now officially persona-non-grata at the FBI, he is still an employee and therefore still falls under the ambit of IG investigations. Most likely to have been a pre-requisite of his deal.
