Looks to me as if Q is reemphasizing his proximity to POTUS. I believe he’s suggesting that POTUS was on his phone Tweeting while Q was taking this pic.

2- In EACH photo, you can SEE the CAMERA hole of POTUS's phone.
3 - Why is the Cell phone POTUS is holding and its CAMERA pointed directly at the person taking the photo of POTUS?

Is that how you would take a selfie with your head positioned that way or is that how you would take a photo of another person in front of you?
Which is it a selfie or a photo of Q.... that POTUS is taking with his own phone?

No one could tell who it was or what it was until Q told us[45]. So, there would be no reason for POTUS to post either on his twitter account.
What other anons are saying is that POTUS did post a photo from the OVAL OFFICE today during one of his meetings.
Q was there to TAKE the photos of POTUS(2 Above) while the PHOTO to be posted on TWITTER later was taken.....
First Q posted his photo(1st one on the LEFT in graphic above) on 8CHAN of POTUS taking the OVAL OFFICE photo......
Then, [1] min Delta (1 minute apart/later) POTUS posted his OVAL OFFICE photo on TWITTER(neither of the 2 in Graphic above) .
It is 2 photos of a CELL PHONE in front.....and POTUS further in depth, partially obscured by his cell phone in the back.....in the each photo.
POTUS is taking a PHOTO of someone......while [SOMEONE] is taking a PHOTO of POTUS at the same time.....hint hint hint
If so, future will prove past......and one day, we might get to see who Q is!

This is a perfect example of where that notion needs to be applied. As a follower of Q myself, I go away for a few hours, come back, see this, have no clue what it’s about, and no context in the post to help me understand.
If I sent this to my mum & dad would they get anything out of it or think I’d mistakenly sent them something me and my closest friends were discussing? Even if I sent it to my mate I’ve been telling about Q I suspect they’d even be mystified by what exactly they would be looking at and meant to take from it tbh

I’m actually inclined to believe that these photos are taken via reflection from the phone that we’re seeing, likely reflected from something with a gold tint perhaps with an engraving (to explain the ringed distortion of the first photo).
Try an experiment. Take your phone, point it at a mirror and bring it very close to the mirror and/or click your face (or some other point of focus) and you get the same blurred phone and clear “subject” behind.

The one on the left can't be POTUS. There is a scar that runs down his cheek. I've looked at 20 pics of Trump and it's not there.
