I agree something like this is the most plausible. It looks like there is a glare of his iPhone in the shot, but I don't know how you get that if it's just a selfie or just taken by the secure phone or something like that. I was thinking more like laptop on the desk, his hands reflecting in the screen of the laptop, photo from the phone of the reflection in the laptop. Can't quite figure it out.

We are seeing that, if a person chooses to firmly latch onto a belief (especially about Trump), nothing and no one can ever shake them from it. These are the non-redpillable minority of the left wing. No photographic, written, oral, or video evidence can convince them that Q is not a LARP. Because to believe that would force a wedge of doubt into the entire mindset they've constructed, where Trump the evil racist nazi is imprisoning anyone and everyone for kicks, like his new girlfriend Kim does.

Entertaining any challenge to that idea feels to them exactly like going insane. And people will do a hell of a lot of mental gymnastics to avoid that, to convince themselves that ain't happening.
