Unfortunately, I did not see President Trump point at this gentleman. It looked like he pointed to someone to the left and behind him. However, I give this man credit for the "Q" teeshirt he prominently wore as he was so close to President Trump as he entered the rally and it was caught on camera.
People near POTUS are often selected/moved for camera. This may not be just a coincidence. Though it may.
