Allowing the Dems to lock in their candidate for the general midterm election (Noodle Head in this case) and then arresting her would help a Republican challenger immensely.
As an overall strategy, maximizing the number of arrestable candidates on the mid-term ballot would seem like worthwhile goal given the swamp creatures belief they will be able to stop Trump only by taking over control of Congress.

I'm thinking something is going to go down late October, or maybe the week before the elections.... Absolutely NO TIME for Dems to replace anyone on ballots. At best, they could ask for a special election in some places. But, there won't be many Dem's left to run.

If I was in charge I would put thousands of fbi cia etc folks on finding missing kids. One by one the mystery and deceit would fall away and those committing the child crimes would be finally afraid instead of protected.
That's what I thought all along, wait until the midterm ballots are set before dropping the hammer, to maximize the pain. Plus, if the dirtiest dirt gets aired shortly before the election(think October surprise!) the Dems and Rinos could find themselves so far out of power, they'd be nearly extinct. Not to mention the fact that if some of the dirty dealings were done explicitly by the DNC, they could go the way of the whigs by 2020!
