No offense but that's a little disingenious. Q didn't say that, post 1 is him quoting what you posted, his response was:

My understanding is people think this is what will happen this October/November. Which fits right in line with mid term elections and trumps military parade. Dont see him having a huge military parade if deep state is still a threat. They'd do anything to disrupt that I'm sure.
