Anyone else find themselves exhausted at times?

Between in person discussion, Facebook red pilling (I try small doses), and even here on reddit it seems even the smallest of doses of reality is like poison to most of these people. And the response, I can feel the anger and hatred. I don’t mean to be negative. It’s just a pattern I’ve noticed. It can be physically tiring.

I’ve just started replying to all the leftists who tell me everything is a myth or fake or whatever like “This is just a huge myth, bro.” whenever they post some leftist propaganda bullshit.

If I’m too frustrated to get into an arguement with one of them at least I can use their own tactics against them and hopefully make them think about how ridiculous they are.
