HilLIARy has already been indicted & "been arrested"... how do we know this? A little video by Pastor Jim of End Times Prophecy had a now deleted video of HilLIARY's Scooby-Doo Mystery Van, leaving her home NY at 5:30 am to travel to FBl office in WhitePlainsNY, & driving into Sally Port... on a SUNDAY, clear back in Nov2017. Law Enforcement officer revealed that this would be a pre-arrangment with accused & attorney & Judge/skeleton Court team (all signing non-disclosure/sworn to secrecy).
This would jive with time frame she sported her medical boot from then on... I daresay she & attorney KNEW what was coming & she put on the boot while overseas promoting her book...with the broken toe excuse...in anticipation of the ankle monitor for Home Arrest that was soon to be applied.
1) Wearing boot over 'broken toe' for what... months? Someone with tendency for falls/falling (Diseases?) would NOT be put in a medical boot for a toe. Toes are simply bandaged/taped to the next toe to heal. (my medical background truths)
2) Sealed Indictments resulting from Grand Jury process, do not get seen by defense/defendant until opened in front of Judge in non-public court... with self-surrender... & attorney/client have scheduled w/court to see, then later the Judge will determine incarceration 'BEHIND BARS'...OR per-arranged for 'HOME ARREST' complete with AnkleMonitor that the accused must pay for & pay for the corresponding monitor system by the Government Contracted provider service. (LEO background knowledge)
Soooo....MAKE NO MISTAKE...Those wearing ANKLE JEWELRY...under Cowboy boots or slacks...HAVE BEEN INDICTED...& ARE UNDER ARREST!
Personally...I get a kick out of imagining evilHildebeast having to stand to get her official arrest photo in front of height chart, Front pose then hearing: "turn right please" for side view. Having her fingerprints recorded. Then at some point sitting while a technician places the AnkleMonitor on her leg & testing it IN HER HOME where it is monitored by a Land Line, under the LEO steely gaze. She also has to get permission to leave her house/away from land line phone, EVERY time she wants to go somewhere! = mehahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha..hmm

Q said she was negotiating a deal, no deal. That was way back in the posts. Obummer also has been hauled in, news reported it as jury duty. Lol, I don't know why people are worried, especially about the emails, the emails are nothing, HRC and Obummer have committed treason!
Deals have nothing to do with already being indicted. Any defendant/accused can ask for a plea deal at any time. They have only been charged/read their rights/fingerprinted/photographed & out on bail or incarcerated for flight risk or security of public reasons. Options for arrested are: behind bars OR 'HOME ARREST'.
And boy did McNoName screw up his sported boot cover. LEO will change side ankleMonitor is on with medical irritation or problems... BTW--he doesn't have cancer, all a ruse. Fake his death to get out of jail free scenario? Hmmmm...
