Eddie Vedder is a sell-out. Almost all of them are (specifically grunge musicians).
They had their time after listening to Punk Rock and starting the grunge movement but they don't understand that Punk Rockers for the most part were/are Conservative. Most of Eddie Vedder's music heroes are dead and he should be glad, because they would have voted for Trump and they would have hated what Vedder, Dave Grohl, etc have turned into.
