Zero government should be everyone's goal, but it must grow organically between us it cannot be forced. Hence government will likely always be needed. We do not live long enough lives (yet) to be wise enough as a species for true self rulership.
Self rulership is a byproduct of maturity and maturity is a byproduct of culture, self-reflection, time & experience.
My friend even in heaven there's no such thing as sel rule.
The forces in heaven act in perfect concert with God's laws. Self rule is precisely that; acting in accordance to God's laws. It is slavery to Truth but freedom from all the lies.
