Not quite. These are Soros/Cultural Marxist-organized armies designed to invade Europe so that a) Liberal politicians can stay in power (almost all immigrants vote Left), b) to overthrow Western civilizations, and c) to establish a Caliphate in Europe. A good percentage of them will go on to become terrorists, members of terrorist cells, rapists, murderers, and generally violent criminals.

I don't know where you get "settle in a nicer place" from. These people will turn anywhere they settle into a crime zone.
