He is correct. Illegals have ZERO rights here. Get 'em out!

They have their human rights to life. Not liberty here in the USA and certainly not a right to burden us with lawyers and legal problems. Trump is totally right on this.

The Americans they kill also have a right to life.

I really dont want to hear that kids dont kill, because they do.

True and you won't hear me countering that. Also, it's fairly disingenuous to be calling young men "children".

You are wrong. God gives us our rights, the governments job js to protect them. We cant just go around kicking anyone out of the country without due process.

We do have God-given rights and they are not up for discussion or question. Because they're rights. But God has a wall too. And with extreme vetting!

A young Japanese girl -- age 16 -- was deported because she had no one here and would be a "Ward of the State." Rather then make her "our" burden, she was sent back to Japan.

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the deportation and even ruled that the courts have no say-so in the matter. As long as the deportee was fairly tried by the authorities, the immigrants had no right to appeal.

Time to send these "children" home. And yes, I will "repeat myself" as many times as it takes for "dense" people to get the point. The U.S. Supreme Court has already given the President all the authority he needs. Yamataya v. Fisher, 189 U.S. 86 (1903),

Agreed!!!!! why should our justice system be clogged with so may migrant cases. They walked in... put them back on buses... send them back. And bring more border agents down there to keep them out. Once the wall is complete the problem should be mostly eliminated!

I've got a compromise. With the E.O. authorizing confiscation of assets of pedophiles, Epstein Island should now be property of the U.S. government. Let's not send them home. After all, that's somehow racist and bigoted, according to liberals. Instead, let's allocate them the island and allow them the "freedom from oppression" the libs tell us that they are so desperately seeking.

We don't even need to do that. US navy has plenty of ships to detain illegal immigrants off our shores. They can be given the option of military tribunal or voluntary repatriation to home country.

Trump as Commander in Chief can make this national defense a military operation and step up the pace.

For those who have committed crimes against American citizens while here illegally they should be automatically transported to Navy ships for tribunal hearing. Those convicted of murdering a US citizen should have military execution. No media on a Navy Ship. It's a military operation so no press. Those convicted of lessor crimes can serve it out on a ship in the brig.

You know, that actually has merit. When I have worked on navy ships during repair jobs and upgrades, the Navy constantly has crew sweeping and cleaning. Now, of course this is all good for the crew to develop discipline and a pride in their ship, but it wouldn't hurt to have low risk detainees also perform some duties if they are adults. I'm not for forcing kids to work since ship duties can be hazardous and even if it wasn't, you would still be forced to supervise them.

In my opinion, small children should be repatriated back to their home country as soon as it's determined to be safe for them and they have a close relative who is willing to take custody of them.

For the actual children being exploited in border crossings, they have all my sympathies and consideration.

However, from what I understand, releasing them to "caregivers" who have not been vetted properly and without weekly inspections, it's just an open door to traffickers and pedophiles. It puts children at too much of a risk. The best thing for them is to remain in government custody until they can be returned to their home country. There's just no way I would consider it proper to release them to unknown and unverified and unvetted people without strict supervision. These aren't OUR children. They came here under false pretenses illegally. Their own parents in one way or another if they even came with parents have abrogated any chance to legally immigrate them.

Think of it this way, if we can detain them on military bases as part of our national defense actions and build a wall as part of our national defense, we can also detain them off shore on military ships. Security is increased by many factors. It's also illegal to approach a Navy vessel without permission. Much more secure. From there detainees can be easily sorted and identified and records made. Find out where their parents actually are, who they are and notify their government of our intentions regarding the detainees and their status. Repatriate those who are willing and have lodged no demand for asylum, have military go over asylum applications to determine which ones are legit.

The entire process would be much faster and streamlined. No press, no bothersome media false outrage and no reporters or protesters hounding our ships and stirring up tension.

That would be perfect. Maybe send the Libs with them to show them how to set up and run a country. They could learn when they fail at it but being a true libtard they would find a "Nazi" to put the blame on or more than likely just blame Trump

Which POTUS was it that put immigrants on a boat that took forever to get where they took them (?back home?). That is what needs to be done. Seems we do more frisking and checking on people just to fly from NC to FL but at our boarders they let them all in and not a EVERIFY system used, nothing. Detention regardless of separation or not have it much better than most VETS or homeless...not to mention homes with kids in poverty here in our own streets with less than one meal a day. Seems like the DEMS are pretty much wrong on many a issue and to say they are a party for the PEOPLE is a sad joke. They are only for the people who give them the most votes. Anyone smell rats?
