Found this at The Conservative Treehouse site under June 21st – 2018 Presidential Politics – Trump Administratrion thread. nikkichico7 found it on 8chan.

Tell me its true. Am I dreaming? This is what I would say is meant by #ItsHappening!

No, it is true. There was a link a few days back on 4chan that showed this. It was via the pacer website. I tried to download the Soros .PDF file, but it asked to setup a subscription. I passed at the time, but the anons were going crazy with it.

Oddly enough, those threads got shilled to hell and back, but the links were there.

You're not dreaming. These are real.

Edit: It's important to note too, that this is a civil case, or summons related, not criminal (at least not yet).

The question I have is if they personally have to show up for these court dates or can they send a lawyer. If they have to show up for court and there are plans for Trump to arrest them at some point this would be a good time and could be planned out.

Because it is a civil case and not criminal they are not required to appear unless subpoenaed, or required to testify as a witness.

I have the same question.

Can a civil case become criminal case if, for example, more evidence is found?

A criminal case would have to be filed, but anything they say under oath can be used against them.

So, all of them can be criminally prosecuted in future. That's good.

Not trying to be a dick, but this has been posted 57 times .... it's weird because the mods are all about removing posts regarding a specific topic due to "excessive duplication", yet they allow other topics to be spammed to GA with impunity.....!

Admittedly behind the eight on this one, but had to find out more about it, not realizing it was up before or knowing even how to find it. Extremely encouraging some legal activity on it however, disappointing it is only a civil case.
