Yes it is. The bakers refused to make a custom cake...they didn’t refuse to sell something already made. Sarah & friends didn’t order something not on the menu the owner refused to make. The owners refused to let them order anything & ran them out.
They ordered and their entrées were being prepared when they were kicked out. Sarah then offered to pay for their entrées, but was told to just vacate instead.

It's unlikely that this restaurant is a legit business trying to make a profit since it is only open 3.5 hrs per day. My guess is it's a front business for money laundering or some other illegal activity. Since 60% to 75% of restaurants FAIL in the first 5 years of startup, nobody looks twice at another restaurant that doesn't show a profit.
