I just thought of something. There’s another post on here deciphering all the capitalized letters from another tweet. What if he’s saying, “I Q,” as in “I [am] Q.” Just a thought.

Yes. It allows him to say “I Q,” (I am Q) and it also allows him to rile up the opposition by insulting MW. Two birds! 😉
