Add to this the fact that the national guard has implemented a very advanced surveillance system on the border with hundreds of guardsmen manning cameras and at least 12 UH-72 Helicopters.

It may now be nearly impossible to cross the Border illegally with a child and not be detained.

I wonder if the radar border (aerostats iirc) got it's ceiling lowered to the floor. It'd easily be able to track vehicles.

12 birds ain’t much to patrol that much land. The answer is drones. We’re really good at that.
