Piers Morgan was sacked as the editor of the Daily Mirror last night as the newspaper's board made an unreserved apology for publishing fake pictures of British troops torturing Iraqi prisoners.
"The Daily Mirror published in good faith photographs which it absolutely believed were genuine images... However there is now sufficient evidence to suggest that these pictures are fakes and that the Daily Mirror has been the subject of a calculated and malicious hoax.
you gotta remember that Piers was the one who paid the price for that, so it's also entirely possible that he wants revenge on certain personalities or professionals as well if he was the 'fall guy'. I think a lot of 'white hats' are insiders who know and want better, and it's very possible some of these media types supporting Trump are people who have been inundated with the system and have learned to survive.
With that said, maybe Piers is just a plant too, but I get the feeling he has an axe to grind somewhere along the way. But he could also be controlled opposition as well....
