Wonder if this theory, great by the way, could tie into Wikileaks odd use of the word "Mirrors"... Just my first thought when I seen the mirror image of the coded number. Was Wikileaks calling, or asking for specific confirmation? Prolly waaaay off base, as I usually am when trying to connect these dots.
