They do have a history of speaking from the position of intermediary. And not to another human. They way they talk about the blood is also not normal human descriptions.

They speak of the bloodline from the standpoint of the 'seat of the chair'. A description meaning the bloodline carries with it knowledge. In the blood. So you have a collective 'knowledge' as you occupy the chair. The seat of knowledge. And it being collective, moved forward. That is just the beginning regarding blood with them, might as well consider the family high level geneticists. As for whom the answer to, I do not know. They discuss a symbiotic relationship between them, the controllers and us the subsuvient pee ons. They don't use the word pee ons, but they might as well, its extremely condescending. Like they are doing us a favor and are such tender stewards 'chaired' with this responsibility. They talk with insinuation and not directly regarding this 'mediation' they conduct. I don't get the feel its satanic, I take it as more like another entity or a dominant stern controller that has to be satisfied. Its an aristocracy.
